How does our body work?

The basic fundamentals of keeping our body healthy includes two key functions

  1. To cleanse & detoxify the body
  2. To Nuture & supply quality nutrients to the body

First we need to understand how our body works:

Our body consists of four systems

  1. Digestive system
  2. Filtration system
  3. Lymphatic system
  4. Circulation system

We will cover each one briefly here and more in depth later.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

Our digestive system consists of several organs but mainly the stomach, small intestine and colon.  Stomach makes sure our food is broken down into a liquid mixture. When this mixture is isotonic, it is allowed to enter into the small intestine for absorption.

Isotonic means “same pressure,” same chemical resemblance of the body’s blood, plasma and tears. The isotonic state of the suspension allows nutrients to pass directly into the small intestine and be rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream.
